Are your products Adult or youth sizes?
All our sizes are adult sizes unless otherwise noted in the listing.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
All orders are processed quickly, so please double-check your details before checking out.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No — all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
My package says delivered but I don’t have it,
what happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows “delivered,” the order is considered complete.
You must:
- Check with neighbors or your building
- Contact the shipping carrier
- File a claim with the carrier
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

We accept secure payments through trusted providers (such as credit/debit cards and other supported checkout methods).
Do you have a physical store?
No — we are an online-only business. We may at time have a pop-up store, check our social media for details.
When will you restock items?
We will restock items on a regular basis, please check our social media for restock announcements. Some items are limited edition and will not be restocked, limited edition items will be noted in the product listing.
As we are a new store we have limited stock and sizing in some items, however we will continue to add products and sizes over time.
